FOUDRE delivers across Europe including Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden and more.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Germany: 5–9 business days
- France: 5–9 business days
- Spain: 6–10 business days
- Netherlands: 5–8 business days
- Sweden: 6–10 business days
- Rest of Europe: 7–12 business days
Shipping Costs
- Orders over €200 → Free shipping
- Orders under €200 → €9.90 flat rate
Tracking
All orders are shipped with full tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Our Promise
At FOUDRE, we want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery — in full compliance with the European Consumer Rights Directive.
How to Return
- Email us at returns@foudre.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- We will send you a return confirmation and the return address
- Ship the item back in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached)
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Sale items are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please mention your preference in your return email.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
