Where do you ship? We ship across Europe including Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden and more.

How long does delivery take? 5–10 business days depending on your location.

How much is shipping? Free shipping on all orders over €200. Orders under €200 — €9.90 flat rate.

Do you provide tracking? Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

How do I return an item? Email us at returns@foudre.com within 14 days. We will send you the return address and instructions.

Can I exchange for a different size or color? Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock availability.

How do your dresses fit? Our dresses fit true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

What size is the model wearing? Our model is 175 cm and wears size S.
